Incredible work so far! I am so proud of our progress- keep up the good work.
Classic Christmas Medley:
Listen to the recording and follow along with your music. Listen Here!
Spend these next two weeks getting comfortable with this new piece! A good goal is to be able to play along with the recording.
Violin 1– anytime there are optional small notes, our section will split with half of us playing the top notes and half playing the bottom notes
Top: Jace, Savannah, Daniel, Reese, Lena
Bottom: Andrew, Areli, Ethan, Eddie, Evangeline, Evan
For our other pieces, focus on sections that you are uncomfortable with. Work on 8 measures or so at a time and focus on details such as rests, dynamics, intonation, etc. In addition, below are specific sections that I would like each section to focus on.
- Snow Day: mm. 37-53
- Snowy Woods: mm. 21-41
- Beyond the Thunder: mm. 62-end
- Accent on the Classics: mm. 15-22, 46-54, 70-77
- Snowy Woods: mm. 5-24, 33-41

look at the A Major scale, one octave. I would recommend printing the A Major page. We will go over it in two weeks!
